Vivax Pros is the largest privately owned house painting company in the US began in 2004 in Denver, CO. We've grown from painting 30 houses in 2004 in Colorado to painting over 7,000 homes in 2024 between our Colorado and Texas divisions. In 2022, We expanded outside of Colorado to open our 2nd division in Austin, TX. After seeing immediate success in Austin, we opened our 3rd division in Dallas in January of 2024. We’re looking for a talented, highly motivated, and experienced sales leader to continue driving the growth and success of our newest location in Dallas. 

What You Will Do: 

• Lead existing sales team of 13 representatives
• Focus on growing the sales skills of everyone on the sales team
• Hire and train new salespeople 
• Monitor KPI’s for sales team and hold the team to the company standards we have outlined  
• Responsible for hitting sales targets for division 
• Meet weekly with VP of Sales for individualized coaching and focus for the Dallas team
• Run weekly Dallas sales meetings
• Meet weekly with every individual on the sales team 
• Develop leaders to continue to grow the sales team
• Meet weekly with Dallas Division Heads to ensure targets are being met and strategize growth 

Requirements: 

• 5+ years of sales management experience 
• Willingness to train for periods of time at our Denver headquarters 

Compensation: 

• Base Salary: $100,000 
• Monthly and Annual Bonuses 
• On Track Earnings: $150,000-$250,000 Annually
