At Vivax Pros, our Project Coordinators are part of the third step in helping our customers make their home improvement vision a reality. Project Coordinators work with the homeowners once the sale is closed to ensure we are delivering what they were promised for their home. From coordinating production dates, to helping get their colors approved with HOAs, our Project Coordinators are the ones making sure our customers are getting the best customer service as they undergo their project with us. 

Salary: Base + commission -- you can expect to earn up to $62,000 your first year   

Duties and Responsibilities:  

• Makes introductory call to customer right after sale is closed 
• Update any missing information in database file from contract and verifies data is correct 
• Confirms scope of work 
• Works with HOA’s and assists in confirming appropriate color choices 
• Manages 3rd party financing portal. 
• Meet and exceed weekly benchmarks/goals and drive metrics
• Balancing customer and production timelines to effectively produce jobs 
• Effectively manages 20-30 schedules daily 

What you bring to the team:  

• Solid communication skills (both verbal and written) with an emphasis on listening 
• Resilient, self-motivated, and self-disciplined - must be a go-getter with grit 
• Must possess a strong work ethic and willingness to learn 
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and accuracy 
• Familiarity with Google and Microsoft Office Suite
